The Star of Jacob

I met Jacob Eisenbach, a 100-year old holocaust survivor, several years ago in his home near me. I spent several hours with him as he recalled his memories when he was a teenager and showed me picture after picture that he has saved.

The story of Jacob Eisenbach begins with a loving childhood, soon dashed and swept into a world of sorrow from the horrors of the holocaust. His inspirational tale of survival, hope, faith and love would come to shape his sense of purpose in his life to come. His experience would bring on him his greatest mission, which is to prevent future genocides and inspire new generations with his profound kindness and humanity.
