Song For Israel       educates people about the Biblical truths regarding the significance of Israel, her land and her people. Song For Israel supports Israel and the Jewish people.

STATEMENT OF FAITH:

We believe the following components are essential to the Christian faith. We require that Board Members be in full agreement with this statement of faith:

The Scriptures
We believe that the Scriptures, both the Old and New Testaments, were fully inspired and are God's complete and final revelation to man until the Messiah, Yeshua (commonly known as Jesus) returns. We believe that both the Old and New Testaments are inerrant in the original writings and are the supreme and final authority for faith and life. (2 Timothy 3:16)

The Godhead
We believe that God is One but has manifested Himself in three separate and distinct Persons. God is a Tri-unity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is the creator of all things. He is eternally existent, perfect in His judgments, omnipresent, omnipotent and omniscient, the sovereign commander of the universe. (Genesis 1:1 [Elohim is plural], Genesis 1:26, Deuteronomy 6:4, Isaiah 6:8, John 1:1-3)

We believe that God the Son took on flesh in the Person of Yeshua of Nazareth, the promised Messiah of Israel, who was conceived of the Spirit of God and born of the Jewish virgin, Mary. We believe in His full deity and full humanity, His sinless life, and His sublime miracles as recorded in the New Testament. We believe that Messiah Yeshua arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father, making intercession for believers. He will come again in glory at a time known only to the Father.  (John 1:14)

We believe the Holy Spirit possesses all the distinct attributes of deity and personality. We believe He is active today convicting the world of sin, prompting people toward faith in Yeshua. (Acts 5:32, 1 Corinthians 12:3, 1 Thessalonians 4:8)

The Human Condition

We believe that God created Adam and Eve in His image, but they sinned when tempted by Satan. In union with Adam, human beings are sinners by nature and by choice, alienated from God, and under His wrath. Only through God’s saving work in Jesus Christ can we be rescued, reconciled and renewed. (Genesis 3:1-7, Romans 5:12)

Salvation
We believe that anyone who by faith trusts Messiah Yeshua as Savior and Redeemer is immediately forgiven of sin and becomes a child of God. This salvation is not the result of any human effort or merit, but it is the undeserved grace of God. Further, there is no other way of salvation apart from faith in Messiah Yeshua for any person, whether Jewish or Gentile. Messiah Yeshua died as the atonement for man's sin and all who trust in that atonement are declared righteous on the basis of Yeshua’s shed blood alone. (John 1:29, John 3:16, Hebrews 9:28, Hebrews 10:4, 1 John 2:2)

Salvation involves repentance, a change of mind in respect to God and thus turning from one's own way to God's way. All who receive Jesus Christ are regenerated by the Holy Spirit and become the children of God, and true salvation will be manifested by a changed life. (Mark 1:4, Luke 24:47, Acts 3:19)

We believe that All believers are called to evangelize “to the Jew first.” Jewish people who receive salvation remain Jewish believers (as Paul our example). (Acts 9:27, Acts 14:1, Acts 21:39, Acts 26:23, Romans 1:16, Acts 21:39)

Marriage

We believe that God created humans; male and female and that any attempt to adopt a gender other than one’s birth gender is sinful (Gen. 1:27; Deut. 22:5).

We believe that God has established marriage as a lifelong, exclusive relationship between one man and one woman and that all intimate sexual activity outside the marriage relationship, whether heterosexual, homosexual, or otherwise, is sinful. (Gen. 2:24-25; Ex. 20:14, 17, 22:19; Lev. 18:22-23, 20:13, 15-16; Matt. 19:4-6, 9; Rom. 1:18-31; I Cor. 6:9-10, 15-20; I Tim. 1:8-11; Jude 7)

ABOUT US:

Song For Israel is a nonprofit, 501(c)3, partnering with other pro-Israel organizations in order to build support for Israel through education, supporting events (in Orange County), and providing service opportunities in both the United States and Israel

  • We offer seminars, workshops and conferences to share from the Bible why it is biblically relevant to support Israel.

  • We offer annual educational tours to Israel.

  • Approximately 75% of American Christians believe that the church has replaced Israel in God's promises. This is not true - God had a plan from the beginning of time to the end of time, with Israel as His main focus for world redemption. Churches are distorting this truth and our goal is to proclaim God's eternal plan through Israel.

  • We network with organizations that are involved with service projects to financially and physically support Israel (Bomb Shelter Project, for one).

  • We offer many events throughout the year to experience Jewish holidays (Purim, Walk for Israel which celebrates Israel’s Independence Day, Feast of Tabernacles, Passover Seder, Chanukah, etc.)

Why support Israel?

  • Israel is the world’s hot spot! Israel is regularly the focus of world news.

  • Iran has threatened to wipe Israel off the map and is moving forward with nuclear technology to make that happen.

  • At the same time, Hezbollah and Hamas have been attacking Israel and have no plans to stop. Many churches, synagogues and businesses have suffered attacks and struggle to rebuild and gain strength.

  • Millions of Americans have developed a deep love for Israel and the Jewish people. Many want to stand with them. Song For Israel stands in the gap for this tiny nation, no larger than the state of New Jersey. We will help make a difference by supporting Israel financially, politically, physically with service projects, and through prayer.
