Rocket Attacks in Israel

Right now my iphone app is alerting me of many, many rocket attacks on Israel near the Gaza Border. Several attacks are occuring in towns where the Song For Israel bomb shelters have been placed.

Why now? Why today? Could it be that in Israel it is the eve before their Jerusalem Day? Jerusalem Day is a celebration of the victories won during the Six-Day War when Israel recaptured Jerusalem. (Please see other articles on this website about that war).

Please pray for those under attack in Israel that they will run for safety and that a bomb shelter is near enough for shelter. Right now it is 9:15 pm on Sunday in Israel (they are ten hours ahead) so many children have been put to bed and now are being awakened from their sleep to run for safety.
