Plan to Attack Upscale Mall in Jerusalem Prevented

Three male members of Hamas in Ramallah and Jerusalem were arrested while in the advanced stages of planning a bomb attack in Jerusalem during one of the upcoming holidays. The bomb was intended to be set off in the Mamila shopping center, which is very busy during the holidays and can be compared to California’s Rodeo Drive. Their goal was to “kill a large number of Jews.” Their plan was to wrap the bomb in a gift wrapped box for chocolates in a basket and dump it into one of the garbage cans.

According to Jerusalem Online, today (Sunday) the Jerusalem District Attorney’s office filed serious charges against three men for aiding the enemy in the war and secondly for attempting to create weapons.
