An afternoon with Avner and Rachel Boskey from Beersheva, Israel

Avner’s topic will be: “‘Who has believed our report?’ God’s hidden strategy for Israel and the Middle East

Boskey's.jpg

Avner and Rachel Boskey live in the Beersheva region of Israel and are dedicated to stirring up the creative arts, worship, intercession, evangelism and the prophetic gifts within a Jewish and Israeli matrix. They have been involved for many years both in Israel and in many nations, in evangelism, Bible teaching, writing articles and books, creating original Messianic music, pastoral ministry and leading worship and prayer gatherings.  From 1986 to 1993 Avner served as associate editor of MISHKAN: a theological journal on Jewish evangelism published in Jerusalem. In the 1990′s the Boskeys had the privilege to work both with John Wimber in Anaheim CA and with Mike Bickle and James Goll in Kansas City.  In 1995-96 they pastored the Messianic Center, a Messianic Jewish congregation in Saint Petersburg Russia.

Click here for a brief video from Avner.

Over the last two decades Avner and Rachel have resided in the Negev.  During these years they established weekly worship and prayer meetings for local believers and for thousands of visitors from many nations. They oversee a loose-knit community of worshippers, intercessors and prophetic artists in the Negev.

Avner regularly writes informative newsletters to encourage prayer for Israel and to help God’s people be more aware of current events in Israel and around the world from a biblical perspective. Avner is the author of the books ‘Israel the Key to World Revival,’ ‘How to be Messianic without becoming Meshuggeh,’ ‘Jews, Arabs and the Middle East – a Messianic Perspective’ and the pertinent ‘A Messianic Perspective on the Restoration of David’s Tabernacle.’  Avner and Rachel have released five CDs – ‘Old & New’ (1993), ‘Ancient Gates’ (2001), ‘LaKatzir—For the Harvest’ (2001), ‘Four Winds’ (2011), and ‘Dry Bones Boogie’ (2015). All are available at www.davidstent.org.

Avner and Rachel Boskey (Messianic leaders in worship and prophetic teaching from Israel  www.davidstent.org ) will begin the evening by sharing Hebrew and English worship fresh from the deserts of Israel.

Avner will also be sharing from the Word of God and from a prophetic perspective about where we stand in God’s plan. The recent violence in the Gaza Strip, fast-moving events in Syria, Lebanon, Turkey, Egypt, Iraq and Iran – what do they mean? Where is it all heading? The events of Israel’s 70th birthday and the moving of the American Embassy to Jerusalem – what do these things signify? How is Ezekiel 34-39 related to us and the challenges directly ahead?

This is a free event, but registration is a MUST! Limited seats are available. A free-will offering will be taken.

Both Avner and Rachel will sing and have CDs available for sale.

Session 1: “Unpacking the Secrets of Hebrew Letters and Language”

Session 2: “Israel Security Briefing and Strategic Insights for the Middle East.

Shmuel joined Operation Lifeshield at the time of it’s founding in 2006. As Executive Director of Operation Lifeshield (and the Canadian sister organization, Project Life Initiatives), hundreds of accessible bomb shelters have been deployed under his watch, and thousands of Israeli lives protected. He is regarded as an expert in the field of passive defense and humanitarian NGO relief efforts.
